I’m a relationally-oriented psychotherapist and coach in Boston who works with couples, individuals, and teams. I specialize in relationships, life transitions, mood and anxiety, and healing from trauma and PTSD. I offer psychotherapy in-person for clients in Boston, and telehealth to clients anywhere in MA. Additionally, for those outside of MA, I offer coaching for individuals and businesses. I also teach yoga and meditation classes in South Boston.
