About Me

I’m a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist based in Boston, MA. My orientation is holistic in nature: I attend to multiple layers of an individual, mind, body, and spirit. I help individuals and couples access their inner wisdom to navigate challenges and life transitions, and take concrete steps towards living their dreams. I strive to understand each person within their unique sociocultural context, including how culture, race, class, gender, sexual orientation, religion, and immigration experiences can affect one’s mental health. I bring an attitude of cultural humility to working with clients of all backgrounds.
